Pain

The darkness of it’s depth,

The deafening noise of it’s silence,

The moments of it’s intimacy,

It’s exclusive seclusion for me.

And yet, it’s depth fade away,

It’s noise becomes silenced,

It’s intimacy distant,

When I focus outwards,

Focus away from my pain,

Focus onto yours.

I know the depths of my pain,

But I am put to shame,

When I touch this pain of yours.
